WHAT IS CBT?
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is a well-established evidenced-based talking therapy
which is an effective treatment for many mental health difficulties including:
- Low mood or depression
- Loss and grief
- Anxiety, including social anxiety, health anxiety and general worry
- Low self-esteem
- Psychological stress, including work/exam stress and post-traumatic stress
- Sleep problems
- Anger management difficulties
- Compulsive behaviours
